1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
4. International Shipping
At the moment, QALMIZ only ships within Malaysia. We are working to expand our delivery coverage in the future.
5. Pre-Orders & Backorders
For products on pre-order or backorder, estimated delivery times will be stated on the product page. Orders will be shipped as soon as the item is available.
